- Arrival in Entebbe: Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel.
- Evening at Leisure: Relax and recover from your flight or explore the nearby botanical gardens for a chance to see bird species such as the Palm-nut Vulture, African Grey Parrot, and Malachite Kingfisher.

- Morning Birding at Mabamba Swamp: Depart early for the famous Mabamba Swamp, located on the shores of Lake Victoria. You will embark on a canoe ride to search for the rare Shoebill and other swamp-dwelling birds like the Papyrus Gonolek, Blue-breasted Bee-eater, and various kingfishers.
- Lunch: Enjoy a packed lunch or return to Entebbe for lunch before continuing your journey.
- Afternoon Transfer to Kibale Forest: After birding, drive to Kibale National Park, home to Uganda’s largest population of chimpanzees and a birding hotspot.
